Shapes will be leaving the FIRE house, but that doesn't mean you have to!

Get yourself fit in 2008 with our fun and friendly fitness instructors at the Fire house gym.  We are offering several different classes that are adaptable to every fitness level. This is your year to get and stay healthy!

Step: A full 60 minutes of fun!! You will do a 45 minute heart pumping step workout with a relaxing 15 minute ab workout and cool down.

Pilates: Pilates builds strength without excess bulk, creating a sleek, toned body with slender thighs and a flat abdomen while using all our equipment and your body weight.

Kick Boxing: A total body workout that totally kicks butt! This class will increase your stamina, flexibility and strength while listening to your favorite dance music.

Monday:       5:30pm - Step

Wednesday: 5:30pm - Step 
                     
8:00pm - Kick Boxing

Thursday:     9:00am - Cardio Circuit
                     1:00pm - Step

Friday:          9:00am - Step
                   
            
Saturday:      9:00am - Pilates

Punch cards are offered $100 for 20 classes
