Tumble

Recreational Tumble:
Tubling for all ages and skill levels.We have beginner tumble class that focus on skills such as cartwheels, handstands, bridges, and rolls.We also have advanced tumble classes that focus on layouts, fulls and aerabians.Tumbling students will work on the floor and the trampolines to achieve their tumbling goals.

Boys Stunt & Tumble:
This is a recreational classes designed specifically for boys.  They will use the floor, the trampolines and the double mini trampoline to learn the newest and coolest tricks that boys have always wanted to know learning  flipping, twisting and stunting.  They will focus on the safety and the proper technique of each skill.  All boys classes are faster paced and created specifically for boys.  

High School Cheer Tumble:
This class is specifically created for cheerleaders.  Need to learn your Back Handspring for competition?  This is the place to learn.  In these tumble classes we focus on the basic techniques of a good back handspring and a good round off to help our students make their cheer team.  The first goal is to learn a standing back handspring and a running round off back handspring.  After these two skills are accomplished then we will be focusing on the standing tuck and adding multiple back handsprings in sequence!  All attentiona dn lesson plans are focused around the skills need for cheer teams in the 2000’s. 

Tumble Team:
Competitive Team where the sthletes perform and compete on three events.  They compete on Trampoline, Double Mini Trampoline, and Floor.  It is a very rewarding team sport for any age or ability level.  Fire Tumble teams are comprised of children between the ages of 4 and 18 years old and ability level ranging from beginner to advanced.   There is no minimun requirment to join tumble team.  We are always welcoming new members to this team!
